Comfortable beds, nice views.

Took more than thirty minutes for anyone to attend reception. Restaurant doesn't open on Sundays meaning a three mile journey into Tremp. Very poor customer service.

I really liked the people and their hospitality, they are very nice and always very polite. The rooms where pretty nice and always clean which for me is very important.

The food and bar could have been a bit better.

No staff, bar and diner closed. local cafe-bar up the road thankfully. couldnt check out early- no staff on till 8am.

The staff were helpful and coped OK with our mix of poor Spanish and English! The attic room was spacious (we paid extra for a slightly better one, which had a fabulous roof terrace with amazing views).

The evening meal arrangements were weak - this was just at the end of the summer season and the associated cafe was opening with reduced hours.

Traveling as a family of four from Barcelona across the Pyrenees to France this was an ideal location for a night's stop over.

The 'Superior 4-Room' turned out to be one room with twin bed instead of a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed (which the children didn't like). The view from either room was on a corrugated rooftop. The air-condioning could not be regulated and the internet connection only worked intermittently. There was no non-smoking area in the restaurant.

Staff do not speak English. Pictures on website cheat you to belive, that you are in the middle of beautiful setting, where in fact the hotel is located right on at street with heavy traffic. Restaurant poor lots of smoking.

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, the room clean and comfortable and the view from the room beautiful.

Hotel was really cousy and beutiful. Price was reasonable. Staff was nice.

Not a big thing but braekfest was simple.

The air conditioning worked but was weak but did do the job. The wifi signal was too weak for the room. The food was below grade when compared to the other places we stayed.

Staff spoke very little english but made a good attempt to resolve that. The restaurant was inadequate.

The staff was very kind, and the owner spent half an hour trying to show us and our 10-year old son a telescope mounted on the hotel roof. The weather was cloudy, but he did his best in that. Breakfast was quite good. The surroundings is a peaceful village with fields, goats, geese, etc. At the same time, the centre of Vilamitjana looks like a tiny medieval city with narrow cobbled streets and other features, not prepared specially for tourists.

New build with huge rooms, quiet location. Good food, but must be prebooked with room booking! Very fair prices for dinner

The rooms were good - comfortable, clean and modern. I loved the environmentally friendly approach where lights come on in the corridors when you move through them. The interior has been modernised with attention to detail and the lift was a great boon. The food in the bar/restaurant was good and very good value too. The waitress was very helpful. We had to see a doctor whilst we were there and the girl on reception was extremely helpful in directing us to the hospital emergency department in Tremp. Wi-fi reception was good and free.

The hotel is not very comfortable. Breakfast without presentation of local products. The breakfast included artificial orange juice, only a slice of ham and cheese per person and processesd bread. The hotel charges fees for the dog but make no provision for animals.
